Let's face it, the majority of people believe cell phone antennas have serious health consequences. These same people buy homes. So, when you put two & two together, people buying homes don't want to live near cell phone antennas.
Studies have shown a detrimental effect on property values when cell phone antennas are located nearby. Property values can be affected up to 20% for people living directly near antennas to as little as 2% for people living as far away as 2,000 feet. If we don't fight this, our community value, as a whole, will be reduced in an already decreasing housing market. Will Verizon make up the difference?
